Orders usually ship within 5-6 business days. During high-volume periods like launches or major sales, shipping may take 3-4 weeks. Once your package leaves our shop, carrier handling is beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue. Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Reshipping fees for incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll gladly send a replacement. Unauthorized returns will not receive refunds or credits.
