What are the differences between your planner types?

GMP Printables offers daily, weekly, and monthly planners in both full-color and black-and-white formats. Choose the one that best fits your planning style and pace.

Do your planners include blank notes pages?

Yes, our planners include lined notes pages for extra writing space.

The product I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

We restock bestsellers often, especially during major launches. Keep an eye on our site and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when items return.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes! We run seasonal promotions throughout the year. Join our email list for early access to exclusive discounts and freebies.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! GMP Printables digital gift cards make a great gift and are available in various denominations.

ORDERING

Can I make a change to my order?

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Contact us at printables@gmpmarketing.org as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I use more than one gift card or promo code?

You can use one promo code per order, but you may use multiple gift cards.

What is your privacy policy?

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 7–10 business days. During high-volume times (sales, launches), orders may take 3–4 weeks. We’ll email your tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

What shipping methods do you use?

We offer Standard Shipping (4–8 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days). Packages are shipped from Texas.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are accepted on unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Custom items and sale items are final sale. Contact info@gmpmarketing.org to start a return.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Email us at info@gmpmarketing.org within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send a replacement.

My tracking hasn't updated—what now?

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days of shipping, contact us at info@gmpmarketing.org and we’ll help track it down.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it still hasn’t shown up after 2–3 days, contact us within 30 days of shipment.
